We had to wait over 40 minutes for scheduled appointment for our 6 month check up. Our daughter was checked in a storage room / something. Receptionist was unhelpful and kept saying "I can do nothing about it" rather than contact doctor / nurse / health visitor.

I needed an annual medication review. I asked the receptionists advice as my health has improved markedly. They suggested a phone conversation with Dr Chaudhry. He called earlier than I hoped, was extremely positive and helpful and made the whole process very easy. Thanks to all the staff for what proved to be a straightforward and helpful process which delivered a great outcome
